The purpose of the project was to deliver solutions to implement and train Salesforce for a 12 territory sales department team members. The approach of our team was to function as Salesforce Consultants and Business Analyst. My roles was the Salesforce Business Analyst. The goal set by the Project Manager at Deloitte was to introduce a streamlined Sales Process with required fields. Note: this project is a mock scenario case study curated by Clicked. Our team functioned as Salesforce Consultants and Business Analyst by doing the following:
Conducting stakeholder and end user interviews
Completing a Functional Design Document and establishing a User Acceptance Plan and Testing Scripts
Customized the Org with appropriate business requirements such as customizing fields and creating validation rules; defining the Sales Process; customized a Home Page for the Sales Manager
Established a plan for Training and Successful adoption by end users
